Do you think Giles Corey was foolish for not giving the name of the person who accused Thomas Putnam of trying to kill his neighbors for land?
In addition, would you go to jail to protect a friend or a source of information?

ReplyDeleteI do not think that he is foolish for not giving up his friends name. He did not want to get his friend in trouble for only trying to help him out. He felt it was not worth it becouse of what happen with the other 91 people that signed the paper saying the others accused were good people. i myself dont know it i would go to jail for someone that gave me, it would have to depend on the situation as well as the reason.
